Realtor, David Charles Allen reviews the current mortgage rates, which are shifting daily. On the day of this recording, they were at 3.375% for a conforming 30-year fixed mortgage (for a person with average credit, and 20% down.) The rate for a non-conforming jumbo loan was 3.25%. David reported that 7% of all homes are currently in forbearance.
