There was not any real build up of supply this week and interest rates remain low but David is looking forward to some movement in the New Year. Co-host, Patti Teel talks with David about his 20 hour (each way) road trip to Idaho for Christmas with his girlfriend and three of their fur-babies: Bailey, (the Chihuaahua mix), Jazz, (the German Shepherd), and the new large-breed puppy who has not yet been named.
